Training Camp Lanzarote 2009

In January, Young British Driver of the Year, Alexander Sims and I travelled to Club La Santa, Lanzarote for an intensive one-to-one Training Camp.

The weather was colder than expected, but the facilities were excellant. The days consisted of purely training, eating, recovery and sleeping, but as a result the focus for Alexander’s Winter Training and his first season in Euro Formula 3 was perfect.

We will be heading there in the near future with an extended group of drivers and as the season looms the training hits another level.

For now, train hard and train intelligently.
