McKenzie wins title

Congratulations to Daniel McKenzie who won the British F3 National Class Title in the Algarve,Portugal last Sunday 13th. September. Dan saw off his nearest rival Gabriel Dias with 2 races of the Championship to spare.

Dan has come a long way since we first began working together at the start of this season. He has shown tremendous dedication and ambition by driving a 312 mile round-trip each week to work with me. His physical and mental strength have increased hugely and with it, his level of maturity and professionalism.

He has a great work ethic and his mental toughness when the ‘chips are down’ is impressive. I love that kind of spirit in an athlete and thoroughly believe in it as a neccessary component in the wiring that creates success.

Dan is now in the running for the AUTOSPORT MCLAREN YOUNG DRIVER OF THE YEAR award this year. Alexander Sims who also works with me, is the current holder of this award.
