Di Resta leaner and meaner

Paul Di Resta has been working through some of my toughest strength training programs alongside some brutal Cycling in the hills around the South of France and Italy. As as result, he has returned for the second half of the Formula One season even leaner and stronger and 1kg lighter.

This weekend we are at the challenging, flowing favourite track of many race drivers, Spa in Belgium.

Paul has qualified 10th for tomorrow’s race. A strong positive start to the this next phase of the season.
