Happy new year. 2009 kicks off with a 1-1 Winter Training Camp with 2008 AUTOSPORT MCLAREN YOUNG DRIVER OF THE YEAR, Alexander Sims.

Next week, Alexander and I travel to Lanzarote to escape the freezing UK weather and prepare for the upcoming EURO FORMULA 3 season. Training Camps are a focused period of physical and mental preparation. Invaluable at any level of Motorsport.
