Training Camps
Winter Training Camps are ideal preparation for the upcoming Race and Testing seasons. A time for drivers to strengthen the body, improve Cardiovascular Fitness and focus the mind for the season ahead.
Mid- season Training Camps are a perfect escape from the busy schedule of the race season. A recharge for the mind and the body, away from the rigours of motor-racing.
Camps are focused periods of training usually taking place away from the Driver’s normal envoirnment.
Camps take place individually or on a small group basis of 2-4 people.
